The Park Hyatt Sydney Experience
One of a select brand of Hyatt hotels known throughout the world for its exceptional design and elegant style, catering to guests seeking privacy and personal service, Park Hyatt Sydney is located on the foreshores of Sydney Harbour and the famous Rocks district. Since opening in 1990, it has become recognised as Sydney's leading hotel for discerning business and leisure travellers and world famous celebrities.

All the hotel's guestrooms are large and luxurious, most with private balconies overlooking Sydney's spectacular harbour, the Opera House and/or Harbour Bridge. Guarded by stone lions, it has become the favourite suite of world leaders and celebrities.

Dining
'Harbourkitchen&bar' is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A delectable menu by award winning chef, Anthony Musarra comprises modern Australian cuisine with Mediterranean inspired flavours. Along with 'harbourbar' and all-day dining at 'littlekitchen', it's no wonder Park Hyatt Sydney was recently awarded 'The Best Hotel for Food' by the readers of Travel + Leisure Magazine (US). Musarra's cuisine is recognised for its quality and style, described as Modern Australian with a Mediterranean influence. Using the freshest produce he has created a delectable array of dishes that are not only mouth-wateringly appealing but also satisfy those who are looking for simple, delicious food that is not overworked.

The splendid Roof Terrace with heated pool, sundeck and outdoor jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing with a healthy drink from the juice bar whilst you catch a little sun and enjoy the spectacular views.
