Dining
Kable's, the Hotel's premier restaurant, offers a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere and enjoys a substantial reputation in a city known for its exciting dining. The restaurant offers buffet style breakfasts, a set two-course lunch menu, which changes daily comprising an entrée, main course and bread basket with a variety of freshly baked rolls and lavosh. The cuisine of Executive Chef Marc Miron allows a wide range of cosmopolitan Australian menu choices with an emphasis on seafood, shellfish and beef. An early Pre-Theatre Dinner is provided on Opera House performance nights. The Fitness Centre has the most comprehensive facilities of any in the city. Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is ideal for corporate gatherings, board meetings, social events and private dinners. With five meeting and conference rooms, including the ballroom (divisible in two), the Hotel offers over 1,317 square metres (14,176 square feet) of Sydney’s finest meeting and function space. The magnificent pillarless grand ballroom comfortably holds 600 guests in an elegant dinner setting or 950 theatre style. Five other meeting and conference rooms offer flexibility to suit groups from 20 to 190 in various configurations. The Holmes Room is conveniently located on the lobby level. The Winten, Teale and Buchanan rooms are on the second floor, while the Tanner and the Level 3 Lounge are on the third floor, offering privacy and distance from the Ballroom and lobby level.

Getting There
Located 13km from Sydney Airport, approximately 25 mins by taxi or shuttle coach. The hotel is in the Sydney CBD, 500m from Darling Harbour and the Opera House. Limousine transfers can be arranged, alternatively an airport bus departs regularly from the domestic and international terminals, travelling directly to the Hotel.
