The Faraway Bay Experience
The Bush Camp at Faraway Bay is on the north west corner of the vast Australian continent, a place so remote you won't find it on any map and where time appears to stand still. When it does move, it's measured in tides and sunsets. Providing for just a dozen guests at any one time in separate and secluded cabins, your privacy is ensured, the experience extroardinary! The open air 'Eagle Lodge' overlooks the bay and spring water plunge pool, offering a perfect venue for lounging, dining and daydreaming, while the resort's luxury ocean cruiser is at your service to explore the coastal cliffs and bays. Getting there truly is part of this adventure, with access strictly limited to air and sea. You'll fly by light aircraft from Kununurra, over some of the most breathtaking scenery on earth, to the private airstrip. Then ride by 4WD vehicle for the final few kilometres to The Bush Camp, a spectacular wilderness experience.

Accommodation - 6 rooms, Check in - 8.30 AM, Check out - 8.30 AM
Comfortable & secure twin share cabins. Spectacularly isolated, all six secluded bush-style cabins enjoy 180 degree balcony views of the ocean, combining a true remote area experience with safety, comfort and style. Wake up each morning to birdsong, drift off each evening to gentle ocean sounds. And while the wildlife is prolific, the neighbours are not.

Dining
All meals, snacks, soft drinks, beer and wine are included. The high standard of meals is always a wonderful surprise for guests with reef fish caught from the bay, prime cuts of meats, fine Australian wines and beer ready for your enjoyment. Special diets can also be catered for. Breakfast is a choice of Continental or buffet style, a selection of eggs, ham, bacon, champignons, tomato, small sausages or French toast with honey or syrup to start the day. Or whatever you wish gladly! Aussie morning & afternoon teas offer delicious home baked cakes, cookies and muffins, fresh fruit and icy cold refreshments. Gourmet picnic lunch is normally served while cruising on board the 'MV Diamond Lass' and dinner is an excellent combination of fine international and Aussie fare. With creative barbeque and 'camp oven' cuisine, fresh dampers (bush bread) and the pure local spring water, dining at the Lodge is an unforgettable experience.
