The Novotel Pacific Bay Resort Experience
This resort is managed by Accor, the world's largest hotel chain and is Australia's fifth to wear the prestigious Coralia label, denoting the ultimate resort experience for guests, services, facilities and activities that reflect the destination's unique character. Occupying 40 hectares of secluded and highly picturesque beachfront and situated only 3km north of the town, it is a holiday resort in the true sense. It has its own golf course and is within close proximity to some of Australia's finest golf courses.

The resort has beautifully appointed rooms, spa apartments, 2-3 bedroom luxury penthouses and a number of 3 bedroom maisonettes. Each room is designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind. Recline on your own private balcony enjoying a tranquil outlook over the verdant mountain ranges, the picturesque gardens or the peaceful lagoon. Spa apartments, penthouses and maisonettes are equipped with a full kitchen, laundry and spa bath. Handicap rooms and non-smoking rooms are available.

Dining
Charlie's Restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast offers a full buffet with choice of hot meals, pastries, fruit and cereals. Burgers and focaccia are among other more substantial dishes at lunch, while at dinner, the restaurant offers a comprehensive wine list with an extremely extensive menu including children's meals. The Charlesworth Bay Pool Bar provides snacks, coffee and other refreshments, while cocktails and coffee are provided at both Charlie's Cocktail Bar and the Poolside bar. Barbecue packs and Picnic hampers are also available.

The Pacific Conference Centre opened in 2001. The location is stunning, the surroundings are superb and the facilities are exceptional. With 8 different conference rooms, the largest seating 500 delegates, The Centre offers great choice for your every meeting need. As an added bonus, the Bay Marquee offers additional space for either a function for up to 600 delegates, another meeting room or exhibition space. The resort provides a comprehensive partner and children's program for families to enjoy while the meetings are in session.


Getting There
Located 6km from Coffs Harbour Airport, approximately 10 mins by taxi or the resort's shuttle coach. Situated on Charlesworth Bay beach, the resort is only 3km north of the city centre of Coffs Harbour. Just 554km north of Sydney and 427km south of Brisbane, Coffs Harbour is serviced by frequent direct flights from both cities and is a comfortable journey by road or rail.

Spa
The resort's Bayside Spa Centre features a Tranquility Beauty and Massage Retreat. It specialises in all types of professional beauty treatments including waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures, facials, body treatments, solarium, special occasion makeup and a range of Aromacy and Therapeutic massages. Poolside massages are available during summer. Pacific Bay Hair Studio is a modern salon offering a full range of hairdressing services including stylish cuts, colour specialists and hair styling for special occasions, to help you achieve a new look.

Golf
'The Bay' is the resort's nine hole par-3 Golf Course, officially opened by Ian Baker-Finch in February 1999. The course was designed to exploit the naturally undulating, native vegetated landscape and the resort's meticulously manicured grounds. Golf can also be arranged at several of Coffs Harbour's finest public and private courses.

Children
The resort provides baby sitting and child minding services. Club Dolfi is a a well-equipped fun activities centre open to children aged 2-15 years. It provides day & evening sessions, with lots of exciting things for kids to do while parents take a well earned break! During school holidays it operates extended hours and has action packed excursions to great local attractions such as the Pet Porpoise Pool and the Aquajet Waterslide. There is no charge for children 16 years and under sharing a room with adults and using existing bedding.
